Gobble Gobble, it's almost turkey day (Yay). Sorry I couldn't get to you yesterday, it was a busy day at work. Today will be too, but I got some time right now. Anywho so tomorrow is thanksgiving right? A great day of food, family, and appreciation. Like the song says "stop complaining about what you don't got and be thankful for what you DO got" I am indeed thankful for a lot of things. I'm most thankful for family and friends. I'm thankful for the big heart that I have, and the strength that I carry. I'm thankful for the people I can trust, and that have been truthful and loyal to me. I am thankful for love, laughter, and appreciation. I am thankful for my puppies and the joy they bring. I am thankful for the happiness that I experience period, no matter what may cause it. there is sooo much to be thankful for. Make sure you take advantage of the day and everyday to let those around you know you are thankful they are there. Have a safe and happy turkey day... GOBBLE GOBBLE!

Allergic to a Counterfeit
One of my biggest pepeevs in life is people being fake. I'm one to keep it real. Sometimes, that's one of my best qualities, an other times it's one of my worst qualities. The point is you'll never have to worry about me sugar coating anything because I'm true, and I'm real. I don't regret things in life because i feel you obviously made the choice to do something cuz at that moment you wanted to. Sometimes I'm extremly insecure because I know there are very few people out there that are real. The usually give me some artificial story, or some sort of counterfeit line. I'm tired of it, I want to believe in people and trust they'll do right, but if most people in my life that are "close" to me lied, or decieved me... how can i just trust someone right off the back? It's hard (like most things) but i try. still some times things seem suspect... and make me question who is real and who isn't in my life. I just want people to be straight up. Some say I ask a lot of questions... but thats because I grew up taught that in order to get the full truth you got to ask the right questions... it's a habbit I try to break but still it causes problems from time to time... I dunno just ramblin now, but my point is don't ask a question unless you can handle the truthful answer, i ask a lot of questions cuz all i'm searching for is the truth... "i'm allergic to counterfeit" this is true, i'm tired of the fake bull shit, just be straight up with me and tell the truth, be real, as real as I am to you...

Got No Time for Them Haters
This weekend was great! Well besides the fires of coarse, my prayers go out to those that were effected by them. On Friday after work we ran some errands and then watched the Laker Game then just chilled at home. Saturday we went to go pick out my Christmas tree (Yay) I love doing that. We go to an actual Christmas tree farm thing, and it's still growing out the ground. We can go pick it up when ever we like.. I need more supplies though. Then we got some supplies from petco for the babies, and i got a sudden urge to just spend money (that i don't have) got Larry & myself some stuff it was fun. Drove out to Pasadena to check out some glasses for Larry and drove back, watched "Kung-fu Panda" I FREAKEN LOOOOVE this movie.. hehe. And jus drank and chilled. Sunday got up and ate crepes (sooo yummy) and went grocery shopping and just chilled at home watching movies while Larry worked on some designs (my hard working man). We laughed, chilled, went out, took a drive, played with the babies... everything that was needed for a refreshing weekend. ahhh
So my restricted calls seemingly came to a halt after my blog about them, then this weekend I got about 3 restricted calls sporadically but I'm like "ehh" i was having a great time with my man I aint got no time for them haters...

Don't Lose Sight
Ahh, to have someone walk a day in my shoes would be great... maybe people would understand why I am the way I am. At a young age I was taught to put on a fake smile, laugh at everything, and never let anyone know the pain I feel. I was taught that crying was a weakness, I should never let anyone put me down or disrespect me, and if they ever did, make them regret it. I was taught that I might see things in life I wish I never saw but I shouldn't lose sight of what is real and what isn't. I was taught not to walk into that room full of men if the door was closed. I was taught that my sister was the pretty one and going to have a family and that I was the smart one and going to become something in life. I was taught not to lose sight of my goals cuz those are the things that will get me far in life. "Don't lose sight" hmmm, most of the things I saw as a child were horrible, and the things that were nice or "normal" were artificial... so I shouldn't lose sight of fake-ness? or Don't lose sight of the horrible things I saw? I can never lose sight of that... those things will stick with me forever. Many say I'm lucky to be where I'm at with the life that I lived... hmm... to those that visually see me, I'm sure most would think that... but to be with me in my most private moments, you'll see those things in my past have taken their toll... a normal childhood.. shoot I wish..
**Well, I'll tell you this much, I won't lose sight of how far I've come, I won't lose sight of how strong I can be, and I won't lose sight of how caring I am for those around me. I feel I needed a lot of love as a child, I lacked that, I try to make up for it by getting that extra love now. Having friends who care means a lot to me... I try to care just as much for them =) so with that said... just don't lose sight of what is important to you today, leave the past in the past and worry about tomorrow... tomorrow.

Was talkin to my man this mornin bout how we both are on the grind right now to make that paypah. We are deffinetly not the glamour and glitz type, we floss in our own way. Just like everyone else in the world that stays on the grind, we sometimes forget to enjoy our life. That's when it's nice to do something fun together. Luckily we have eachother to remind ourselves exactly what we're grinding for. . . a nice future. Just wanted to remind those few that read my blog to live your life. Live through the good the bad, the struggles and the progress... Just Live yah life
Love You Baby!

Life Is A Book
I'm the author of my own life, unfortunately I'm writing in pen so I can't erase my mistakes...
I can only learn from them and try not to make the mistakes again. . . sometimes it's hard to turn the page or begin a new chapter, sometimes I can't wait to get to the next page and finish the chapter I'm in. I wish some characters in my book would never leave and some I hope will never come back. I want some characters to never change and some I hope could change. I can't control the other characters, only myself, and my reactions to their change, or my reactions if they don't change...
The story of my life, a book filled with unbelievable tales, a definite page turner, tear-jerker, make you laugh out loud, and feel pain in your heart. It's great for the reader because they can put the book down when ever they need to... sadly for myself I can't put the book down - I have to live it. . .

Sorry
Hey people, sorry I totally forgot to write yesterday... weird. any who I'll give you a quick run down of the weekend... Friday my dad came over to my place for the first time and stayed the night we ate junk food and watched movies it was great. Saturday went to the kids football game that was great as well... went to eat at roundtable and then shopped with my sister while the kids got cleaned up. Picked them up and took them back to my apartment we went to the bird farm and they loved it. Then we rented movies and went to the play ground at the apartments for an hour or so then went home. Played hide and seek in the dark, drank hot chocolate, watched the movie. Then Nicole came over and we made sundae's and played dominoes with the kids it was great. They started to color, Nicole left home and then we all fell asleep in my room. Woke up, they had ego's for breakfast and then we watched another movie. Then just lounged around... had hot dogs for lunch and then went to Mervyn's to look for something for Larry, took them to the park for about an 2 hours. Then dropped them off at my mom's and ate dinner. They wore me out, I went back home and knocked out.. thats basically the whole run down hehe.

I Just Want To Make You Happy
Story of my life,
searching for the right,
but it keeps avoiding me,
sorrow in my soul cuz it seems that wrong really loves my company
In my world full of illusions I believe I'm doing the right thing, but unfortunately it appears that it's all wrong. I don't mean to hurt any one or cause them pain. I just want them to be happy. . . i just want to be happy. . . is that sooo wrong?

~Legend~
Not only is today a historic day because the Legend Obama has won. So many of us could not be more happy and relieved. We hope and pray that Change will come. The first African American man to win the presidential election. Save your newspapers today people it'll be history.
On another note, I got to meet John Legend today. He was soo sweet. Had trouble getting him to smile in the picture, in others picture he would have a smirk, and I said make sure you smile big ok, and in this picture he tried... hehe
Well party people that's about it for today. Have a good day!

Historic Day
Everyone keeps talkin about how today is an historic day... it is, lets just hope it goes our way. =) Damn look at them time, sorry it took sooo long to write this morning was a busy morning in the work place. In other news Evelyn is getting married today is Maui.. how exciting. Brendizzy and Xavier should be going home today (Yay) they'll be sooo much more closer.
On a sadder note, I was driving back to work from Stater Bros. and I saw and older black man in a wheel chair pushin himself across the street, he had no legs, the light turned green and he wasn't fully across yet, and some big raised black truck started to take off, I was like "don't you freaken see him"... and I looked at the bumper of the truck and it had a McCain-Palin bumper sticker on it (figures). I was like if I was the man in the wheel chair I woulda flipped off the driver. Instead the man waved like saying (I'm sorry) and tried to go a little faster (I woulda gone slower). Anywho I drove slowly to make sure the man made it up the sidewalk safely and to my surprise he had an Obama sticker on the back of his wheel chair that said CHANGE FOR THE GOOD. . . and that is exactly what that man demonstrated by not getting pissed at the driver. . . makes you think 1) How does your actions reflect the leadership we've had 2)How does your actions reflect the new leadership we are hopeful for 3)Are you grateful you have legs and 4) How many of us truly need to be like the man in the wheel chair?

Weekend Update
Hola! well this weekend was pretty kewl. We made it down on Friday in time to take the kids trick or treatin, first at the mall and then around the neighborhood. They got a gang of candy. Then Larry and me went to Sarinana's (my family's favorite little whole in the wall) I seriously have been cravin it for weeks. Then we went back to my apartment and just chilled. Saturday I got up and took Sky to get her wings clipped and nails too. Then we went back down to Santa Ana to watch Rosey's and Jr's football game. After the game we took my dad to Home depot and got some stuff. Then we drove back to Riverside and ate at El Torito (Larry was cravin it). I went to visit Brenda and Xavier.. he is soo adorable a lucky little boy =). And then Larry and I watched the Laker game... well I watched part of it, fell asleep but asked him to wake me up when there was 5 minutes left on the clock in 4th quarter you know that's when the good shit happens in Laker games lol. We rented Grandma's Boy (freaken hilarious) and chilled. Sunday is always relax day. Got some groceries, some Mc donalds breakfast.. I asked for a deluxe big breakfast, I was wanting some pancakes... Freakend Mcdond's man, I made sure to check larry's stuff was in there (2 Mcgriddles) and i saw the butter, jelly, and syrup. So we were good to go... How in the hell am I gonna open my breakfast and they have the sausage, egg, and biscuit and noooo freaken pancakes lmao... there's the butter and there's the syrup where's the freaken pancakes... So larry offers me his mc griddle bread (you know its exactly like a pancake) how sweet he is.. =) Craziness I swear... any who we watched football the rest of the day. Enjoyed the Cowboys losing and our weekend was complete hehe...
